Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Springboard ABA Location: De Valls Bluff & Surrounding Rural Areas, Arkansas Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Job Type: Part-time/Full-time positions available At Springboard ABA, we are dedicated to helping children with autism develop essential life skills through high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We provide in-home and community-based services, ensuring that every child receives the personalized support they need to thrive. We are looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and make a difference in the lives of children and families. Job Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills Collect and record data on client progress using our electronic system Work closely with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent therapy and progress Qualifications & Requirements Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain) High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus!) Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within De Valls Bluff and the surrounding rural areas Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable) Why Join Springboard ABA?
