The full-time schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8am to 4pm, with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $68–$75/hr, with health insurance premiums covered 75% by the practice or a $250/month reimbursement. Registered Dental Hygienist - RDH

Urban Dental Group is a Seattle-based dental practice in Phinney Ridge built around a comprehensive, whole-body approach to oral health. Our clinical philosophy centers on the connection between oral and systemic health, with a special focus on facial esthetics and airway-centered care. We're looking for a hygienist who's excited to work within that philosophy and grow with our team.
We're seeking a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. You'll provide preventive and periodontal care to a loyal patient base, work closely with our doctor and team on comprehensive treatment planning, and help patients understand the link between their oral health and overall wellness.
Responsibilities
Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
Take and evaluate digital radiographs
Conduct thorough periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the oral-systemic connection
Collaborate with the doctor on treatment planning, including airway and facial esthetics considerations
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in Open Dental
Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
Help create a warm, comfortable experience for every patient
Qualifications
Active Washington State RDH license (or eligible for licensure)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
Experience with digital radiography and electronic health records (Open Dental experience a plus)
Genuine interest in comprehensive, whole-health dentistry
