Job Description

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $125,000 per year. This is a fully remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance of team members and provide coaching feedback and evaluation to help them reach established goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that support growth objectives expand market reach and bring in new customers.
  • Align team sales targets with company priorities by using data and market insights to guide planning.
  • Manage the sales budget by allocating resources tracking expenses and optimizing spending for strong return on investment.
  • Stay informed on industry trends best practices and new tools to strengthen sales performance and leadership capability.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor degree in business management or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management within business to business environments preferably in industrial chemical mining oil and gas or construction sectors.
  • Use customer management systems to support engagement reporting and tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record for travel to customer sites.
Qualifications:
  • Supervise a team of at least two full time employees and participate in decisions related to hiring pay changes and performance actions.
  • Apply strong planning reasoning and problem solving skills to evaluate options and provide effective solutions.
  • Understand competitive landscapes and align team activities with market opportunities and strategic goals.
  • Communicate clearly motivate team members and maintain a positive collaborative environment.
  • Follow organizational policies complete required administrative tasks accurately and support company values and diversity initiatives.
